Multinational tech consultancy group, TCS, wanted to bring both quantitive and qualitative insight to the future of business. In order to analyse how business would change with the introduction of disruptive technology, Longitude and TCS conducted an extensive series of interviews with subject-matter experts, as well as a wide-ranging survey of senior business leaders, to examine their thoughts on the future state of business.
The results found that by embracing upcoming technologies, companies are embracing risk and disruption, driving mass personalisation, leveraging their ecosystem and driving exponential additional value. This is the Business 4.0 transformation.
